Pipe Break and Floods a Home. The water line feeding from the water heater burst and sprayed hundred gallons of water before the home owner returned from work. Little that she panicked she called a friend to seek advise who then called us to respond and extract the water.
The water source was stopped by the time our head technician arrived and then he immediately start extracting the water after the home owner signed the authorization form. Our emergency mitigation team arrived on time, eliminated safety hazards, provided scope of work to the home owner and to the insurance adjuster and had the place dry in three days.
The Home owner decided to let Restore up handle the entire claim and hired our company to complete the restoration and repairs. Restore up successfully completed the Damage Repairs in the time they promised and worked with the home owner with changes and upgrades during the remolding.
